The LIHEAP program can provide financial assistance to low income tribal citizen households within the service area for utilitites, such as electricity, water, sewer, and even wood. These limited funds are expended on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applications must be completed in full and all proper documentation must be submitted to be eligible.
